SayGames is a fast‑growing mobile games publisher looking for a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to join our team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and engaged community for our games.
Develop and implement community management strategies and programs to increase player engagement and retention.
Moderate and manage online communities on social media, forums, and other platforms.
Respond to player inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the development and marketing teams to gather player insights and feedback, and to help shape the direction of our games.
Analyze and report on community metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Organize and host community events, contests, and other initiatives to drive engagement and build a positive player experience.
3+ years of experience in community management, preferably in the gaming industry.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem‑solving and customer service skills.
Proficiency in using social media and community management tools.
Experience analyzing and reporting on community metrics.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the mobile games market.
